Return to my New England Routes and race on the improved New England triathlon scene while mixing in some road races.

Notable achievements/memories/PR’s in your sport:
Placing top 10 at the 2008 Triathlon Pan American Championships in Mazatlan Mexico.

List one thing others may not know about you:
I started competing as swimmer before I competed as a runner

Your favorite workout:
Triathletes often do what's called a brick session, which is essentially a hard ride/run workout, transitioning directly from bike to run. When I lived out in Colorado we would hammer ourselves on the bike around an industrial park loop for 6x 1.5 miles laps, then do a 1.3 mile all out run. Then 4 laps on the bike, 1 lap on the run. 2 laps on the bike, 1 lap on the run. Total time would run around 1 1/2 hours of severe hurt.

Your favorite race(s) and why?
Running Mayor's cup and NE 10k Champs down at Franklin Park brings back a lot of good college memories.
