Good question...Do a few longer runs in the White and Adirondack Mountains, and maybe the JFK 50 miler in the fall.

- Escarpment Trail course record holder and 9 time winner.

A hard 2-2.5hr long run on the trails.

Escarpment Trail 30k. It's hilly, technical, and scary. Perfect.
