CMS men roll around Lake Massabesic, NH10 mile

CMS men took 5^th open, and first place in the masters and seniors team categories at the USATF New England NH10 mile championship road race in Auburn, NH. The weather was favorable with temps in the upper 50’s at the start of the race for a mostly shaded loop around Lake Massabesic.

CMS 50+ team Lynn Woods Relay

CMS 50+ team of Joe Shairs, Dan Verrington, David Quintal, and Dave Dunham placed 8^th overall at the Lynn Woods Relay. Each runner runs a 2.5 mile loop within the fire roads and single track “goat path” encountering a few hills along the way. The team also placed 2^nd overall in the 50+, Senior team category.
